About this position

The Strategy Development/Business Development position involves conducting market research, developing strategic plans for new products, and collaborating with various teams to ensure successful product launches.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Analyze market data and consumer insights to pinpoint new product opportunities and gaps in the market.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for new product development, including go-to-market strategies, positioning, and pricing.
• Collaborate with the Management Team to align product strategies with overall business objectives.
• Work closely with Product development, Marketing, Partnership and Production teams to create and execute integrated product launch plans.
• Monitor and report to track the success of new product launches and adjust strategies as needed.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
• Engage with internal stakeholders to gather input, address concerns, and ensure alignment throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Build and maintain relationships with external partners, industry experts, and customers to gather feedback and validate product concepts.

Requirements

• Experience in content platform business is a plus.
• Experience of launching new products is preferable.
• Good interpersonal skill and service mind, passion on selling, able to effectively communicate on phone.
• Having the high skills in office programs like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Having good presentation and business negotiation skills.
• Self-driven, result oriented person and be able to work under pressure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Organized with ability to multi-task and shift priorities.
• Eager to learn new things in a fast-moving environment.
• Energetic and passionate about delivering technology platform to improve people’s life.
• Team player with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, humility and an acute focus on business impact.
• Bachelor's degree in any related fields.
• Experience in Business Development or Marketing Strategy at least 3 years.
