About this position
Responsibilities
• Responsible for all project elements (Scope, Schedule, Cost, Communication, Risk, Resource, etc.)
• Understand business objectives, scope, use cases, and prioritization of each project in pipeline.
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
• Communicate to BU and stakeholder on project status and project progress on regular basis.
• Bridge gap and act as the liaison between Business users/ BU and IT developers.
• Ensure projects are deliver on time and quality of deliverables are according to the agreed standards.
• Define action plan to minimize project risk
• Response in a timely manner to project issues. Escalate to management team if necessary.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documents
• Monitor issue during post go-live and ensure seamless transition to BAU
Requirements
• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related fields
• At least 4 years of experience in software development or IT field, preferable with at least 3 years as Business Analyst
• Strong Project management skill and deep understanding in software development life cycle
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Strong sense of urgency with an ability to work independently
• Experience in Retail & Food and Beverage business is a plus
