Content Quality Assurance/ Content Moderator (Hybrid Working)
About this position
Responsibilities
• Monitor and review course elements such as content and content cover across Conicle’s platforms to ensure the correction of content from the start until the last process.
• Assist customer support team in resolving content-related issues and provide solutions.
• Work closely with producer, video editor, and customer support team to assist them on administrative task.
• Response for administrative tasks on the production process and summary data and report.
Requirements
• Previous experience in content moderation is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with a high degree of accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Have an understanding of content production process.
• Bachelor in related fields.
• 2-3 years of experience or fresh graduate is welcomed.
