Wellbeing Specialist (Sr. Team Lead level)
About this position
Responsibilities
This role is dealing with individuals and teams who work in the Content Moderation space on highly sensitive content as well as liaising directly with the internal stakeholders. Working in a rotational shift and supporting with peer support, group counseling and on-floor sessions for the site. This role requirement is completely On-Site (Work from Office)
Strategy:
• Drive initiatives developed by the site lead
• Evaluate program effectiveness and analyze data and share the insights with Wellness Lead.
• Driving Continuous Improvement Initiatives
• Employee care (Individual)
- Conduct needs assessments/ psychometric assessments and share the results with Wellness Lead.
- Monitor health of employees and work with Wellness Lead to build individual wellbeing strategies
- Conduct 1:1 counseling sessions to guide and coach the employees.
- Monitor employee’s progress on a regular basis to ensure that their needs are met by the course of action, and to adjust it if necessary.
- Manage critical cases and ensure appropriate escalation procedures are followed
- Tracking all data and share the insights with Wellness Lead
- Group Workshops/Sessions
- Design activity-based, customized workshops based on the particular nature of the work: On how to maintain personal life balance, stress management, anger management, how to overcome depression, therapies, etc.
- Address common observations/issues and share it with Site Lead.
- Create report on health outcomes of employees
Reporting & Communications:
- Communicate with the Wellness site Lead on a regular basis to discuss observations and insights, risks and concerns
- Create all communications.
Requirements
• Must hold a current license to practice or be educated to master’s degree (MA/ MBA / MSc / MPhil Psychology) in any of the following areas:
- Clinical, Counselling or Health Psychology
- Industrial or Organizational Psychology
- Therapeutic Counselling
- Psychotherapy
- Clinical Social work.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the wellness or psychotherapy field
• Additional certifications in a range of therapies would be beneficial (CBT, ACT, DBT, MBSR, etc)
• Must have completed the continuous professional development necessary to maintain good standing within their professional society/body
• Must have experience managing client accounts and wellness programs
• Excellent communication skills
• Empathic and engaging work style, works well with teams and individuals
• Able to build trust and rapport with clients and colleagues
• Takes a thoughtful and proactive approach to employee wellbeing initiatives
Skills desired:
