Content Moderator (Japanese Speaker)
About this position
Responsibilities
• Review user-submitted content to ensure it aligns with the platform's policies and community guidelines.
• Apply the platform’s policies and community guidelines fairly and consistently.
• Identify and remove content that violates platform’s policies and community guidelines.
• Review and investigate user-submitted reports about potentially inappropriate contents and help resolve any issues.
• Continuously monitor changes in online content trends, including new types of harmful material or emerging online behaviors, to ensure the platform remains safe for its users.
Requirements
• Excellent comprehension and communication skills in Japanese (Native) and English (B1).
• A bachelor's degree in any field is welcome.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to think critically.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to perform tasks objectively, free from biases or personal beliefs, while aligning with client policies.
• Professionalism in handling sensitive content.
• Having previous experience in outsourcing, customer service, or content moderation is a plus.
