About this position

The Associate Director People Solutions position is located in Bangkok and requires full-time availability.

Responsibilities

• Lead the People Solutions team in providing HR support and solutions
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Oversee talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training and development
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies
• Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives
• Collaborate with senior management to design and implement HR programs
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues
• Analyze data trends and metrics to inform HR strategies
• Coach and mentor team members
• Monitor and report on HR metrics
• Participate in the development of HR policies and procedures
• Support budgeting and planning for the HR department

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Proven experience as an HR leader or similar role
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Experience in designing and implementing HR strategies
• Familiarity with HR software and tools
• Ability to analyze data and provide insights
• Certification in HR (e.g. SHRM-CP or PHR) is a plus
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
