Customer Service Representative (Thai/Vietnamese Speaker)

The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. You will be responsible for converting customers into passionate evangelists.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
• Handling and resolving customer inquiries/requests.
• Providing excellent services to customers e.g., answering email, chat, and call.
• Developing and maintaining accurate files.
• Ensuring customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner.
• Utilize various Concentrix and client–based tools & applications for customer management and servicing.
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Preferably 1-year exp. In customer service especially in/out bound calls (Fresh graduate are welcome to apply).
• Min. English read and writing - Write B1/B2 (Intermediate/ Upper Intermediate).
• Min. Diploma/bachelor’s degree and above.
• Good customer service, multi-tasking, strong attention to detail.
• Working knowledge, good in Ms. Office and fast typing test.
