Customer Service (English, night shift)
About this position
The Customer Service position requires delivering high-quality service to customers during the night shift, ensuring that their needs are met and issues resolved effectively.
Responsibilities
• Ensure service delivered to our customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicator (‘KPIs’)
• Clarify customer requirements; probe for understanding, use decision-support tools and resources to
• resolve customer issues that are non-standard/unstructured and require some clarification or conceptual thinking
• Attend to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy while maximizing opportunity to build
• rapport with the customer
• Maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services
• Prepare complete and accurate work including appropriately notating accounts as required
• Track, document and retrieve information in call tracking database
Requirements
• Diploma and above
• Min. 6 months experience as customer Service, fresh graduates are open to apply
• B2 English level
• Typing test 50 WPM 95% accuracy
• Excellent Grammar dan Vocabulary skills
• Willing to work in night shift and public holiday (WFO)
• Proactive mindset and highly motivated
• Good at listening, able to pay good attention to users and have empathy. Able to quickly locate user problems and provide solutions; Experience in cross-border e-commerce platform, foreign trade, customer service is preferred
