About this position

We are seeking for a Manager, Supply Chain to kick-start our ambitious goals, convert it into actionable plans, execute the required critical tasks and ensure that we achieve desirable outcomes in alignment with our company goals over the long run. The ideal candidate should possess excellent supply chain skills and able to manage end-to-end project lifecycle value chain by delivering the best supply chain experience. Emphasis should be given on managing and accessing cost management, time management, risk management and quality management. If you are passionate in building up something from the scratch, then yes, you are the one!

Responsibilities

Supply Chain Strategy and Execution
• Assess and analyse supply chain needs, outline and design compiling proposition on research findings and recommendations.
• Develop strategic and actionable recommendations based on the insights and key takeaways.
• Work with senior management to resolve ambiguous strategic and operational problems from time to time.
• Implement the recommendations and coach stakeholders across functional team, seniority (including senior management level) and country level.

Supply Chain Process Redesign
• Analyses, plans and implements routine supply chain process improvement needs.
• Assists in the identification and communication of process improvement needs to authorized personnel to ensure that the company needs are met in a timely manner.
• Provides consultation on the use of routine re-engineering techniques to improve process performance and quality. Deploys plans from conception through closing on routine aspects of re-engineering projects.
• Develops routine metrics that provide data for process management and indicators for future improvement opportunities. Collects data to identify root cause problems.
• Measures performance against process requirements, aligning improvement projects to close performance shortfalls.
• Assists management in the assessment of degree of risk impact, timeframe and cost of re-engineering required to achieve the desired future state.

Project Management
• Develop detailed project plans to drive changes and improvements.
• Tracking and assessing the effectiveness of projects.
• Ability to identify potential risks, problems, issues and crisis throughout the whole project lifecycle and propose / execute a solution or workaround that best fit the activities and circumstances.
• Ability to develop effective change management activities to better support the projects execution not limiting to communicating change, stakeholder management, change delivery methodologies and gauge the engagement and readiness level of the supply chain.
• Ability to manage the expectations of various stakeholders, namely project team, delivery team, management, key employees and decision makers.
