The Validasi Supervisor position requires a Pharmacist education and at least 1 year of experience as a Validation Supervisor in the Pharmaceutical Industry. The role is based in Padalarang and the ideal candidate should have a good understanding of Basic GMP, Basic EHS, Validation Fundamentals, Quality Systems related to Validation, Document Preparation, Laboratory Testing Evaluation, Audit Skills, and Root Cause Analysis.
Responsibilities
• Menyusun rencana induk validasi
• Menyusun prosedur mutu dan instruksi kerja yang berkaitan dengan kegiatan validasi proses
• Menyusun protokol validasi & laporan validasi
• Melakukan review secara berkala terhadap setiap produk yang telah tervalidasi, sehingga dapat ditentukan apakah produk tersebut harus divalidasi ulang atau tidak
Requirements
• Pendidikan Apoteker
• Penempatan di Padalarang
• Lebih diutamakan jika memiliki pengalaman min. 1 Tahun sebagai Supervisor Validasi di Perusahaan Industri Farmasi
• Memiliki pemahaman tentang Basic GMP, Basic EHS, Pengetahuan Dasar Validasi, Quality System relate with Validasi, Pembuatan Dokumen, Evaluasi Pengujian di Laboratorium, Audit Skill, Root Cause Analysis
