About this position
The Senior Talent Acquisition position involves managing recruitment activities, building relationships with universities, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
Responsibilities
• Manage and control recruitment activities include sourcing, advertising, interviewing, testing, selecting candidates; checking references; negotiating employment offers.
• Utilize creative opportunities to raise Company brand in the marketplace.
• Build relationship with universities and recruiters to source strong pipeline of talent.
• Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
• Simplify working processes and develop tools to reduce administrative tasks.
• Prepare report in responsible function to monitor recruitment performance and ensure recruitment progress is on track.
• Generate recruitment metrics and reports to measure hiring effectiveness.
• Other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Political Science, Psychology or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in Talent Acquisition and HR.
• Knowledgeable in recruitment processes and selection tools.
• Proactive, Initiative, good analytical, interpersonal & communication skills.
• Possess “can do” attitude, entrepreneurial spirit, practical creativity, a strong determination & commitment to deliver results.
• Connect well with other people, out-going, mature, and trustworthy personality.
• Computer-literate and have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel / Words / PowerPoint.
