About this position

The Secretary Sales position involves providing administrative support to the sales team, managing documents, preparing reports, coordinating appointments and travel, and ensuring smooth operations through team support and follow-ups.

Responsibilities

• Administrative Support – Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.
• Document Management – Maintain and organize sales records, contracts, and other important documents.
• Sales Reports & Data Entry – Prepare and update sales reports, track performance, and manage databases.
• Appointment & Travel Coordination – Schedule meetings, arrange travel plans, and organize events for the sales team.
• Team Support – Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth sales operations.
• Follow-ups – Monitor pending sales deals, remind the team of important deadlines, and assist in customer follow-ups.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Previous experience as a secretary, sales assistant, or in an administrative role is an advantage.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and the local language.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and sales management software.
• Excellent time management, multitasking, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well with a team and interact professionally with sales.
• Quick thinking and resourcefulness in handling sales-related tasks and challenges.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced sales environment.
