Revenue Growth Management Manager (Commercial)
About this position
The Revenue Growth Management Manager is responsible for leading the Revenue Growth Management model to drive sustainable and profitable growth, collaborating with various teams to develop initiatives that align with brand objectives.
Responsibilities
• Lead Revenue Growth Management model and bring it into practice to drive sustainable and profitable growth.
• Define multi-year strategies through key strategic pillars regarding portfolio and price architecture development rooted in consumer needs, channel-based differentiated pack, price and promotion strategies, unlocking mix realization, and trade spend optimization.
• Ability to interpret and analyze business data and insights to identify business diagnostics and challenges.
• Work in collaboration with Marketing, Retail Category Marketing, Sales, and Finance to develop Revenue Growth management initiatives with measurable targets of specified category and ensure alignment to brand objectives and executable in retail environment.
• Own monthly monitoring to deliver RGM tracking of initiative progression and performance evaluation.
• Refresh revenue growth management initiatives annually based on changing market, category, brand situations and business challenges to find opportunities to drive growth.
• Ability to articulate complex concepts in clear, simple & logical terms and build compelling and persuasive presentations that align a discussion.
Requirements
• Master or Bachelor Degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of commercial and analytics experience in the FMCG space in revenue growth management.
• Trade understanding, strong data analytic & category management, consumer & shopper Insight.
• Communication, influencing, negotiation, strong analytical skill, logical thinking.
• Planning & priority setting, partner management & collaboration.
• English proficiency.
