Marketing and Content Manager (eCommerce)
About this position
Responsibilities
• Act as a gatekeeper for brands to improve brand equity within the eCommerce platform and work closely with Marketing and Platform Managers to optimize the portfolio and enhance brand communication.
• Improve eCommerce shopper experience by optimizing eCommerce UX/UI, SIS and onsite features ie. Feed & CEM in order to improve conversion rate.
• Develop eCom contents across all channels that impactfully convey commercial and brand messages, campaign theme and tagline.
• Recruit new affiliates for purchasing contents on Tiktok and other ecommerce platforms ie. MCN for Tiktok and Shopee Live.
• Manage graphic designers to deliver eCommerce assets in all channels including SIS, CPAS and other media.
• Develop and deliver on-site search strategies and optimization in order to improve Share of Search and acquire potential buyers.
• Responsible for affiliate marketing, social media content strategies and communication.
• Responsible for improving the Edge Scorecards including store integrity, rating, review & share of search.
• Lead other content & e-Store optimization projects as assigned by team leader.
• Collaborate with Analytics and Social to uncover new consumer behaviour insights and translate into impactful tactics to recruit new buyers.
• For all platforms, track daily, weekly & monthly KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement. Report KPIs to management on a weekly and monthly basis.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in any related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience working in brand content/ eCom Campaign Marketing/ Onsite MS or Search/ SEO development.
• Understanding of UX/UI, information architecture and content structures, brand contents implementation.
• Excellent persuasive communication and analytical skills.
