Establishing Strong Relationship With Customers By Providing Effective Coverage And Visiting Stores With Required Frequency.
Conducting Regular Business Review To Follow Up Key Issues And To Proactively Understand Customers’ Needs In Order To Provide Recommendation And Solutions To Meet Colgate Requirements.
Developing And Executing Customer Plans To Profitably Increase Sales Volume, Distribution And SOM.
Conducting Regular Merchandiser Meeting And Training To Ensure Excellent 5 Ps Execution.
Capturing In-Store Opportunities To Improve Shelf Exhibition And Shopper Communication.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related.
• 5 Years Of Consumer Goods Industry with Sales/ Key Account role Experience.
• Planning And Priority Setting.
• Building Strong Relationship And Conducting Negotiation With Customer.
• Good Listener And Balance Discussion.
• Moderately Analytical Thinking To Identify Potential Business Factors.
• Good Command Of Spoken And Written English.
• Customer Influence And Negotiation.
