About this position

Coforge is a leading global IT solutions organization looking for an SAP SD professional to implement projects and support processes in the areas of Banking, Insurance, and Transportation.

Responsibilities

• Must implement full cycle project at least 1-2 projects.
• Must know and configure SAP SD Process (O2C, Delivery, Billing).
• Monitors the ticket queue(s) for incoming tickets and assigns and prioritizes tickets as required.
• Coordinates resolution of user problems/requests with other IT personnel as needed.
• Proposes on-going improvements to support processes and procedures.
• Participates in the on-going development and improvement of the IT knowledge base.
• Provide consultation to the end user, to include training when necessary.
• Should have knowledge of ITSM Tools and ITSM processes.
• Should be good in English.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Must be a Thai Citizen.
• Must be 5-10 years of experience in SAP (SD Module).
• Strong knowledge of SAP SD configuration and integration with other modules.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Familiarity with Agile project methodologies.
• SAP certifications in Sales and Distribution are preferred.
