About this position

NIIT Technologies is now Coforge, a leading global IT solutions organization. We are looking for IT Support in Laksi to provide operational support and improve service efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Operation support for Manufacturing production in order to maximize performance and improve services efficiency.
• Provide support in resolving and troubleshooting problems.
• Preventive maintenance activities for minimize machine computer downtime.
• Measurement & control 5s quality within IT working areas.
• Set up hardware and install and configure software and drivers.
• Offer timely technical support and teach users how to utilize computers correctly.
• Provide helpdesk and technical support either by phone, remote access, or site visits Essential.
• Must available to do plant maintenance period in long holiday (30Dec-2Jan, 12-15 Apr).

Requirements

• Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in IT Support.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Capable of working in a pressured environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good English Skills at communication level (Note: Interview with Manager in Singapore).
• Experience in IT working areas (DataCenter, system, network, office).
• Experience in Workplace areas (PC, Notebook, Tablet, etc.).
• Experience within IT service delivery.
• Working Knowledge of IT Hardware and Software.
• Service now tool experience.
• Good knowledge of LAN/WAN networks, TCP/IP protocols and network technologies.
• Comfortable working directly with end users.
• Associate's or Bachelor of computer degree or Certificate.
