IT Project Manager - Client Facing + Telecom Background (BTS ARI - Onsite 100%)
About this position
Coforge is seeking an IT Project Manager with a telecom background to work onsite at BTS Ari. The role involves managing project plans, collaborating with clients, and ensuring project delivery aligns with organizational goals.
Responsibilities
• Develop and manage the project plan, control and tracking tasks and update project status and timeline for the activities identified that meets the requirement by using Jira tool & Confluence application for document management and Document project activities, including progress, changes, and lessons learned.
• Implement plan and arrange work's important threats and the relevance of the work.
• Collaborate and communicate regularly with client's Project Manager and PMO about project status, risks, and changes and implement as Program Governance Framework.
• Coordinating with clients for meeting requests and arrangements.
• Plan, execute, and close the project by ensuring alignment with organizational goals or master plan.
• Lead and coordinate the project team or Stakeholder to meet timeline, budget, and quality targets.
• Adhere to and enforce organizational processes, methodologies, and best practices.
• Execute project communications; identify, manage, resolve and control project’s RAID (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies) that arise.
• Resolve project issues and act as the main focal point and accountable to ensure:
• Project is delivered within the approved timeline, budget, and scope.
• Quality of project deliverables and that it meets stakeholders' expectations.
• Maintain cross-workstream alignment within the project to meet organizational goals and standards.
• Secure stakeholders' acceptance upon project completion.
• Faster a collaborative project environment, engaging with stakeholders e.g., Program manager, PMO, Technical team and ensuring continuous improvement.
• Submit the timelines which cover breakdown working details, priority and backlog of application and possible to complete it till launch date.
• Responsible for managing the day-to-day operation and progress of the project/application.
• Responsible for support part E2E Test work with Team Led.
• Responsible for support part Security work with client's Security Team.
• Responsible for support part Integration work with Vendor Team (if any).
• Allocate and manage project resources efficiently.
• Administer Project Change Control Procedure.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master 's Degree in Computer Engineering, IT.
