About this position

NIIT Technologies is now Coforge, a leading global IT solutions organization. We are looking for an IT PMO to manage project schedules, risks, and team coordination in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and control the project schedule.
• Identify project risk/issue, provide action & mitigation plan to solve problems and escalate to supervisor in a timely manner.
• Manage day-to-day project management in alignment with standard and process.
• Support the implementation of PMO processes, tools, and templates.
• Coordinate meetings, workshops, and other project-related activities.
• Execute tasks and delegate tasks to project team members.
• Organize project team meetings and document minutes of meetings.
• Assist in the development of project dashboards and performance metrics.
• Communicate project’s progress to team members and project stakeholders.
• Provide regular reports i.e., project progress report, project steering committee presentation, etc.
• Collect and analyze project data to identify risk, areas for improvement and escalate to senior PMO and PM in a timely manner.
• Develop other project documentation as per assignment.
• Help track project milestones and deliverables.
• Provide administrative support to project team

Requirements

Job Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s in business administration, Management, Information Technology, or other related fields Experience
• 1-5 years of experience in project management, administration, or a related role.
• Internships and co-op experiences are also valuable.
• Fluent both in Thai and English
• Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA).
• Experience on SAP program, system implementation, digital transformation, and digital tools is a plus.
• Strong technical skills and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills including leadership.
