Helpdesk / Service Desk - English Skill (Work in Shift - Bang Na - Onsite 100%)
About this position
NIIT Technologies, now Coforge, is seeking a Helpdesk/Service Desk professional with English skills to work onsite in Bang Na on a rotational shift basis. The role involves monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and providing user support.
Responsibilities
• Monitor system performance on a daily basis and identifying any irregularities or issues and reporting.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents to maintain high levels of system performance and availability.
• Track and document network issues and compile incident reports.
• Communicate with technicians or other responsible parties to fix issues.
• Respond to user requests and provide recommendations to users.
• Interact with users and handle both the non-technical and technical requests.
• Engage in on-call rotation shifts 24/7 or whenever necessary.
• Make recommendations for improvements in organizational productivity and the network.
Requirements
• Good in written and verbal Thai Communication.
• Average-to-Good English Communication.
• Prior Experience in ITSM, Ticketing system/process and/or ITIL Process.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a similar field.
• 1 years of experience in service desk or helpdesk domain.
• Some understanding of technologies, operating systems, networking, anti-virus, back-ups, systems and firewalls.
• Ability to quickly assimilate technical and non-technical information.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and able to handle multiple support cases.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
