Senior Manager, eCommerce Indonesia
About this position
The Senior Manager, eCommerce Indonesia will be responsible for driving digital capabilities, managing market priorities, and collaborating with key stakeholders to achieve KPIs and business growth.
Responsibilities
• Drive the agenda to enhance Digital capabilities within Indonesia to unlock opportunities for growth, share and leverage best practice to the Operating Unit (ASEAN & South Pacific) and the network (global)
• Management and accountability for market priorities, targets, budgets and implementation of global playbooks in eCommerce
• Support development of country specific e-commerce priorities, targets, budgets, implementation of global playbooks and guidelines in e-commerce and Food Service Aggregators and DAO (Digital Acceleration Office) component of the business plan
• Support key eRetail customer management, driving aligned agendas and achieve KPIs
• Leverage existing tools (ie Dashmote) to derive insight led action in market
• Transactions, Value (NSR) and Volume (UC), basket Incidence in FSA & eRetail share
• Lead Food service aggregator management for Indonesia to achieve greater than our fair-share of beverages and strive for better incidence rates vs offline
• Joint definition (with Marketing) of targets (e.g., percent allocated to transactions), considering 3rd party e-commerce platforms and Coke owned platforms
• In partnership (with Platform Services) deliver the most effective technology deployment, coordination, maintenance for eCommerce
• Partner with the local bottler to drive eCommerce/Food aggregators to accelerate incidence-, Net Sales Revenue and Margin growth
• Leads cross-functional project teams that manage the implementation of digital specific capability projects and initiatives
• Work closely with other functions to ensure eCommerce strategy is a key pillar in the business planning process
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in eCommerce/online marketing related fields
• Proven success within e-commerce setting
• Ability to define market priorities based on understanding of local business
• Critical to understand System financials/economics
• Strong planning, financial, and collaboration skills
• Strong project management skills
• Experience working with Coca-Cola’s external partners (bottlers and customers)
• Experience working in cross-functional and cross-geographical teams is preferred
