Public Affairs Manager
About this position
The Public Affairs Manager at Coca-Cola Europacific Partners is responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing Corporate Affairs’ strategy at the National Level to protect the organization's reputation and support overall internal alignment and growth.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for planning and execution of Corporate Affairs Stakeholder Management Strategy
• Manage Stakeholder Mapping and review analysis on the National level
• Responsible and ensure successful implementation of the National Key Stakeholder Engagement Plan
• Company representation and First Point of Contact for National Government
• Establish and review Protocol for external stakeholder relations
• Responsible on regular review on Corporate Stakeholder Mapping
• First point of contact and actively involved for Province business associations
• Collaborate with Regional Corporate Affairs team on regional stakeholder engagement
• Responsible on the execution of the national Stakeholder Management Strategy
• Review and analyze potential issue/ risks from external and internal
• Propose risk mitigation response to Head of Corporate Affairs
• Manage issues both offline and online source
• Manage Issue Management Strategy
• Responsible on issue brief, analysis and monitoring
• Monitor Issue Register and Report
• Manage and update local policy regulation regarding with business and operational permit and licenses
• Responsible to establish Issue Management Strategy and Stakeholder Mapping into Regional Advocacy and Engagement Plan
• Manage Regional Advocacy and Engagement activity
• Responsible for Corporate Regional Advocacy Report
• Manage and review information and data collection from external and internal to support issue management
• Develop narration and brief based on issue management strategy
• Provide insight, data and report to Head of Corporate Affairs
• Lead Regional Corporate Event
• Manage Internal Communication and Engagement execution at their respective areas
• Provide insight regarding with internal engagement
• Proactively encourage internal engagement
• Manage Regional Projects and Initiatives
• Serve as counsel regarding Regional Policy and External Stakeholders on Company Projects and Initiatives (for example: Solar Panel Project)
• Manage company response to external stakeholders when Crises arise
• Responsible for stakeholder assessment, communication, and engagement guideline
• Review and analyze Crisis Monitoring
• Coaching, mentoring, and talent development
• Identify areas for improvement, develop improvement program and monitor the implementation to increase process efficiency, cost
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Public Affairs, Corporate Affairs, or related field
• Strong understanding of stakeholder engagement and management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze and respond to potential issues and risks
• Experience in managing internal and external communications
• Proven track record in project management and strategic planning
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills
• Knowledge of policy regulations and government relations
• Ability to handle crisis situations effectively
• High level of professionalism and integrity
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office suite and other relevant software applications
