About this position
Responsibilities
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job requirements.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Conduct interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Manage job postings on company websites, job boards, and social platforms.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Coordinate the interview process, including scheduling and gathering feedback from interviewers.
• Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
• Monitor recruitment metrics to assess hiring success and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related filed.
• 5 years up of proven experience as a Talent Acquisition or related recruiting role.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and industry best practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze trends, identify talent, and develop effective search strategies.
• Proficiency with recruiting tools, resources, and technologies.
• Experience with employment background checks and immigration processes is a plus.
• Good command of English.
