About this position
The HR & Administrative Staff / Sr. Staff position involves handling various HR and administrative tasks within a manufacturing environment, requiring coordination with government sectors and a basic understanding of human resources management.
Responsibilities
• Handle of ER task such as preparing activity etc.
• Handle of Admin task such as Housekeeper, Security guard, Company car, Shuttle bus, Visitor etc.
• Basic knowledge and understanding of Human Resources Management and Admin in Factory
• Coordinate with the government sector at the factory, IEAT or the community, Supplier etc.
• Able to perform other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration /human resources or related fields.
• 3 years up of experience in field of HR /GA/Admin in manufacturing.
• Can-do attitude, Positive attitude towards resolving problems, and enthusiastic to learn teamwork.
• Able to common of English. (By E-mail & Document)
• Able to use computer such as Microsoft office program (Excel, Word, Power point).
• Service Mind, and willing to do multi task in HR field.
• Ready to start work immediately.
