About this position

The Service Supervisor is responsible for overseeing field service support, managing workshop operations, and ensuring compliance with safety guidelines while maintaining high service standards.

Responsibilities

• Comply to all safety related guidelines to ensure zero accident in the workshop and in the field
• Provide Field Service support directly to the End Users alongside New Holland & Case IH Dealers.
• Plan and execute Tractor and SCH assembly & PDI including stock maintenance
• Coordinate equipment delivery to dealers/end user in coordination with the Whole Goods team
• Shop floor management and workshop manpower planning.
• Ensure End Users operate CNH products following recommended operating practices and using genuine parts.
• Provide support to the Warranty Administration Team and Parts Department as and when required.
• Control all aspects of field mechanics work scheduling and administration.
• Contribute and work within the Aftersales Department Operating Budget.
• Competence assessment of mechanics and machine operators for training & competence development.
• Contribute to the project initiated from central team.
• Execute Product Improvement Programs as per the timeline
• Manage and execute service contracts.
• Create weekly and monthly report on SCH performance.
• Responsible for machine UPTIME and mechanics utilization and collaboration with universal control room.

Requirements

• Graduate Agriculture / mechanical Engineer with Minimum 10 years' experience in tractor / automotive service area in a commercial setting. Experience in handling Workshop will be an added advantage
• Technically Strong with good agriculture Industry knowledge.
• Experience in the Service Operation Management and planning of Service Staff to ensure efficient utilization of resources
• Good Communication and interpersonal skills to work with service staff, Dealers and end users effectively
• Proficiency in Thai and English language.
• Willingness to travel within Thailand.
