Service Supervisor (Sugar Cane Harvester)
About this position
We're looking for a service supervisor who will be responsible for all sugar cane harvesters service activities in Thailand including the management of all key activities within Aftersales while maintaining a commercial understanding of Market situations.
Responsibilities
The Responsibilities Include:
• Provide L1 Technical Support and Field Service directly to the End Users, alongside with CIH Dealers.
• Ensure all Technical concerns are correctly reported using ASIST or other methods of reporting to CNH.
• Ensure End Users operate CNH products following recommended operating practices and using genuine parts.
• Co-ordinate Technical Training - at both ‘Internal’ and ‘End User’ levels (with the Technical Trainers).
• Provide support to the Warranty Administration Team and Parts Department when required.
• Control all aspects of field mechanics work scheduling and administrative.
• Contribute and work within the Aftersales Department Operating Budget.
• Competent assessment of SCH mechanics and machine operators.
• Contribute to the project initiated from central team.
• Carry on Product Improvement Program for Sugar cane harvester in Thailand.
• Manage and execute service contract.
• Create weekly report and monthly report on SCH performance.
• Responsible for machine UPTIME and mechanics utilization and collaboration with universal control room.
Requirements
The Requirement:
• Strong in Sugar cane harvester background with technical knowledge and parts.
• Minimum 5 years' experience as a service representative in a commercial setting.
• Experience in the Management of Service Staff.
• Communication skills to work with service staff effectively.
