SEA Parts Manager
About this position
Responsibilities
• Achievement of sales revenue and gross margin objectives for assigned territory and each Importer within territory.
• Deliver the spare parts, attachment and Lubricant business plan to ensure achievement of budget and to identify and exploit all new business growth opportunities with Importers/distributors/dealers.
• Ensure that network is aware of available promotions and place orders in line with objectives.
• Visit Importers/distributors on regular basis to ensure objectives are achieved.
• Implement Parts sales processes to improve retail sales.
• Identify training needs for importer/distributor parts personnel and nominate them for suitable trainings to improve their competence.
• Monitor territory parts sales performance and provide sales forecast on a timely basis.
• Conduct studies in the marketplace to determine competitor activities and, where appropriate, develop necessary action plans to counter and recover lost business.
• Suggest, plan and ensure execution of parts marketing programs in collaboration with Parts Marketing Manager to improve CNH/Importer revenue, profit and market penetration.
• Support market intelligence for corporate parts market development initiatives.
• Sustain Importer inventory to be optimized to provide maximum levels of customer order fill and satisfaction.
• Assist Importers/ customers in resolution of parts shipment and supply related problems.
• To update and train Importers on parts related IT tools and systems (eParts, Dealer Portal, SAP, GPS, etc).
• Involve in assessment, appointment and contract renewal of network partners in the territory.
Requirements
• Higher education in Mechanical Engineering or Business or Marketing Management.
