Sales Manager (Aesthetics)
About this position
We are seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to lay the foundation and lead the establishment of our sales team from inception. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing sales strategies, recruiting and managing a dynamic sales force, and driving business growth in the Aesthetics market.
Responsibilities
• Sales Strategy Development: Devise and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company objectives, ensuring market penetration and revenue growth.
• Team Building & Management: Train, and manage a high-performing sales team, establishing sales targets, and fostering a culture of excellence and achievement.
• Market Expansion: Identify market opportunities, establish relationships with key stakeholders, and drive business expansion in the Aesthetics sector.
• Customer Relationship Management: Nurture and maintain relationships with clients, healthcare professionals, and industry partners to drive sales and foster long-term partnerships.
• Performance Monitoring: Implement systems to track sales metrics, analyze team performance, and optimize strategies to meet and exceed targets.
• Collaboration: Liaise cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and other teams to align strategies and achieve overall business objectives.
Requirements
• 3-5 years of proven experience in sales team management, preferably in the medical devices or pharmaceuticals field within Aesthetics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adept at building rapport and negotiating effectively.
• Demonstrated creative leadership, integrity, and honesty in organizational dealings.
• Strong managerial skills with the ability to effectively lead and manage a team under pressure.
• Proven ability to work in fast-paced environments, meeting tight deadlines and driving results.
