About this position

The Sales Support position involves assisting the sales department with various tasks, ensuring efficient operations, and providing commercial support to meet sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Assist sales department and sales team with all department needs, run reports for Management, participate and attend sales calls, and support sales department associates to ensure all sales files, necessary documents are complete, responding complaint quickly, and close successfully.
• Assist in organizing and collating all necessary information (Booking order, Shipment operation flow) for sales and operations department. Inputting job orders, ensuring operation team are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all jobs orders are accurate and delivered on time.
• Perform commercial support: Costing, Networking contact, Proposal preparation, answering customer phones, collaborating with internal operators, and handling incoming RFQ as requested.
• Collaborating with other departments, Clasquin overseas network, suppliers such as (transporter, co-loader, shipping liner) to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
• Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining a professional attitude. “Customer Centric Mindset”
• Perform all other duties as assigned from Sales Manager in order to achieve the sales target.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or related fields
• Experience in field Sales and Operation of international freight forwarder at least 2 years
• Good command of English, both writing and speaking
• Results-oriented, Enthusiasms, Problem Solving & High Responsibility.
• Immediate start working is preferred.
