About this position

The Sr. Supervisor – Security Management position at Xayaburi Power Company Limited involves complete ownership of security management and properties management, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for planning, developing and implementing security management at the power plant.
• Monitor Security performance and provide feedback to the security company.
• Report daily and monthly performance of security guards.
• Monitoring gate in-out activity (Human, Vehicle, and Property).
• Responsible for monitoring Security System and equipment. CCTV, Access Control, Alarm System and Hand-Held metal detector for good functioning and immediate response for all system failures.
• Perform preventive maintenance inspections of security facilities, security equipment, fence, gate and related facilities.
• Review and update access authorization periodically for the restricted areas under physical security.
• Prepare and conducts Security awareness training for new hires both employees and subcontractors.
• Conduct the investigation, prepare the report after investigation and record the evidence involved with all types.
• Coordinate and support work with soldiers stationed at the power plant and hold monthly meetings.
• Make reports on the soldiers' weekly patrols.
• Performing any duties in a safe and economical manner, taking reasonably care of the health and safety, avoiding unsafe shortcuts or fail to follow established procedures that might negatively impact on health, safety or the environment.
• Being aware and playing a vital role considering the essential of Environmental Management in accordance with ISO 14001, Quality Management in accordance with ISO 9001, and Safety and Occupational Health in accordance with ISO 45001.
• Other tasks following supervisor's assignment or company policy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field or equal level.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in security management or properties management.
