Officer - Executive Travel Management (Secretary to Executives)
About this position
Responsibilities
• Arrange business trip for executives (DMD and higher)
• Coordinate with Executives with DMD level or higher, directors, advisors and GOL high-ranking
• Coordinate with travel agency on ticket / transportation / accommodation / VISA arrangement and inform administration team in term of unused ticket
• Prepare cooperate documents for VISA application (if necessary)
• Planning the itineraries (if necessary)
• Prepare and arrange documents (advance form, allowance form etc.) for the trip for executives
Document Management
• Maintain confidential documents and ensure they remain secure
• Advance, clear advance and payment for the expenses of the trip
• Maintain document in filing system
• Maintain and control travelling budget
• Conduct research and support information for presentations or reports as assigned
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related fields.
• 3-5 years of experiences.
• Good command of Thai and English, both verbal and written expressions
