CK Power Public Company Limited (CKP) – – a leading renewable energy producer in the region with one of the lowest carbon footprints, – is dedicated to achieving almost 100% renewable energy generation by 2024, utilizing sources like solar, hydro, and wind power. Presently, CKP invests in companies involved in electricity production and distribution across Thailand and Lao PDR, with a focus on 3 types of power plants; hydroelectric power plant (88%), solar power plant (1%), and cogeneration power plant (11%).The company will increase the proportion of renewables-based electricity from currently 89% to 95% or 4,800 megawatts , to support the global goal of attaining Net Zero Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Emissions by 2050 through the advancement of clean energy technologies.

About this position

General Admin Officer is expected to perform administrative tasks at Bangkok office including general administration, document and seals management, furniture & fixture, general procurement of office supplies and consumables, business trip arrangement, drivers, maids, messenger, and vehicle management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate for long-term and short-term maintenance needs for electrical & air-conditioning system, safety system, and office appliances, fixtures and furniture.
• Prepare timetable and tasks for drivers, maids and messengers and ensure that the services are contributing for better business operation.
• Coordinate for vehicle usage and maintenance including annual maintenance, vehicle insurance and vehicle taxes.
• Perform general purchasing for Bangkok office including office supplies and other consumables.
• Prepare reserve stocks of office supplies to be at appropriate level in supporting business operation.
• Conduct document upload, validation, registration and distribution to ensure it correctness according to document control policies and procedures.
• Conduct monitoring and auditing activity to assure the usage of document control application in accordance with defined procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business management or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in administration or related fields.
• Good command in English.
• Proficient skill in Microsoft Offices.
