General Admin Officer
About this position
The General Admin Officer is responsible for overseeing various administrative functions, including maintenance coordination, office supply management, document management, and managing cleaning staff and messengers to ensure efficient business operations.
Responsibilities
• Prepare and coordinate for long-term and short-term maintenance needs for electrical & air-conditioning system, safety system, telephone office system, office appliances and fixtures and furniture
• Arrange mobile phones including packages to beneficiary (managers level up) and also coordinate with supplier coordinators to solve related issues
• Manage the office facility is maintained with timely manner. Maintenance service must be arranged with proper duration of time
• Manage the daily letter and parcel
• Prepare document for payment approval in every Administration filed such as telephone bill, electricity bill, internet bill and building rental fee., etc.
• Arrange spirit house's respect paying ceremony at BKC
• Provide a warehouse for storing the office equipment
• Manage tasks on asset registration for all asset on behalf of admin’s owner
• Prepare advance request for admin’s expense and advance clearing
• Prepare timetable and tasks for cleaning staffs and messengers and ensure that the services are contributing for better business operation
• Manage the work of cleaning staff and messenger based on the service contract
• Create purchase requisition for general procurement (office supplies, kitchen supplies and office equipment)
• Prepare reserve stocks of office supplies, kitchen supplies and office equipment to be at appropriate level in supporting business operation
• Prepare documents according to the company's business flow and document control application in accordance with defined procedures
• Coordinate with the external document storage service provider
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experiences
• Teamwork and Cross-boundary Collaboration, Accountability, Sharing/ Developing Knowledge and Skills, Adaptability, Work Ethics
• Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Good communication in both Thai and English
