About this position

Bangpa-in Cogeneration Company Limited (BIC) is seeking an Engineer – Control & Instrument to maintain and repair all instrument and control equipment in the plant, ensuring safe and economical operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and repairing all control and instrument equipment in the plant.
• Performing any duties necessary recommended by Control and Instrument Leader or Maintenance Manager.
• Learning electricians' skills to cover the colleagues' absence when necessary.
• Performing duties in a safe manner and wearing the required safety equipment.
• Learning different plant processes and attending seminars suggested by Control and Instrument Leader or Maintenance Manager.
• Making on line drawings of all systems in the plant.
• Assisting in plant housekeeping.
• Becoming familiar with plant operations.
• Being aware and playing a vital role considering the essential of Environmental Management in accordance with ISO System.
• Other task following supervisor's assignment or company policy

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering in Control Instrument or other related fields.
• At least 2-5 year of experience.
• Experience in power plant would be an advantage.
• Good command of English.
