CSR Project Management Officer
About this position
Responsibilities
• Responsible for developing, implementing, and managing CKPOWER and its subsidiaries Sustainability project and CSR program.
• Delivers CKPOWER and its subsidiaries’ corporate Sustainability project and CSR initiatives to demonstrate commitment to the company’s purpose and values to key stakeholders and our communities.
• Enhances reputation, and supports the organization’s culture, purpose, and values.
• Create and drive awareness and visibility of our corporate responsibility initiatives across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Provide insights and input into corporate Sustainability and CSR strategies and incorporate emerging opportunities and expectations of our customers as well as corporate Sustainability goals.
• Implement and maintain a process to track actual results against commitments and report program performance outcomes to key stakeholders.
Primary Responsibilities:
Corporate Social Responsibilities (CSR)
• Leads research and analysis used to develop corporate CSR strategies to be align with corporate sustainability strategy and ensure that business practices, products, and services are environmentally friendly and compliant with government rules and regulations.
• Monitor and benchmark local/international CSR reporting trends and KPIs to advance company performances on external reporting obligations and practices.
• Monitor and evaluate progress against the company’s CSR targets and commitments.
• Coaching & training materials on CSR for functional groups.
• Project presentation, appropriate activities in accordance with the company’s policy.
• Summarize, analyze, and improve work results as well as conduct the report of the work results according to activities / monthly/quarterly and yearly.
• Collect the project information/ budget details in the implementation of the Company's Corporate sustainability and CSR projects/activities.
• Gather information to support development of Corporate sustainability and CSR projects/activities plans.
• Conduct Corporate sustainability and CSR projects/activities of CKPower and all subsidiaries.
• Liaise with key stakeholders within the organization to support the project is expected.
• Liaise with government officials, and external key stakeholders in the community for any impactful CSR charity/activities.
• Visit assigned power plants to complete projects, monitor performance and improvement.
• Work closely with PR team to ensure CSR message is correct across all communication pieces.
• Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Social Science, Engineering, Sustainability, Business, Environmental Science or CSR related fields.
• At least 1-5 years prior experience in CSR initiatives.
• Good understanding of CSR tools (e.g. CSR-DIW, ISO26000, Stakeholder Engagement tools, The 7 Community tools) and broad knowledge of key CSR topics and trends (e.g. social Value, Social Impact, data and social innovation).
• Ability to capture key points and effectively summarize information. In addition, skill in storytelling and writing are an advantage.
• Project management experience.
• Knowledge in S&P.
