The Officer - Senior HR Development position involves supporting various HRD activities, including training coordination, documentation, and payment processing within the CKP group.
Support training activity for all company in CKP group
• Attendance name list and invitation
• Training package and equipment
• Reserve room for training and seminar
• Co-ordinate with related function about transportation & accommodation to attend training program
• Prepare food and beverage support training and seminar class
• Prepare training evaluation
• Support to process for payment request of training fee, seminar fee and payment for instructor.
• Summary training evaluation and send to supervisor to analyze
• Prepare necessary data and making report and document submit to DSD
• Support HRD and also HR job as supervisor assignment
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Political Sciences or related fields.
• Experience 1 - 5 years.
• Good command of Thai and English, both verbal and written expressions
