The Trade Marketing Supervisor is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies and promotional plans to enhance sales growth and support sales teams and partners.
Responsibilities
• Develop marketing strategies and promotional plans to drive sales growth.
• Organize promotional activities to support sales teams and partners.
• Analyze the profitability and performance of promotional campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing communications and design teams to create marketing materials aligned with objectives.
• Track and evaluate the effectiveness of promotional activities.
• Provide recommendations for improving future promotions to the sales team and partners.
• Prepare reports and data for monthly meetings.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing, trade marketing, or sales promotion.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess the profitability of marketing activities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
• Experience in planning and executing promotional campaigns.
• Proficiency in project management and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to provide strategic insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with analyst tools eg Excel, Power BI.
