The Senior System Analyst will lead system design and optimization, oversee API integrations, and provide strategic insights to enhance system performance.
Responsibilities
• Lead system design, optimization, and performance tuning.
• Oversee API integrations and multi-platform deployments.
• Manage technical documentation, testing, and validation.
• Provide strategic insights to leadership on system improvements.
• Troubleshoot complex system issues and ensure minimal downtime.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management about system updates and issues.
• Help in the training of users in new system functionality.
• Adhere to project timelines and deliverables.
Requirements
• At least 7 years of System Analyst role.
• Experience with system design, analysis and methodologies.
• Experience with API, Microservices.
• Understand and write SQL script.
• Understand of data analysis and interpretation.
• Proficiency in documentation and presentation tools.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge in specific programming languages such as Java or Golang is a plus.
• Experience in System Analyst with POS system or retail business is a plus.
