About this position

The Senior Supply Chain Officer is responsible for overseeing inventory management, optimizing inbound and outbound processes, and collaborating with various internal and cross-functional teams to achieve operational efficiency and meet departmental goals.

Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: Oversee and manage the stock at the distribution center (DC) to meet specified KPIs.
• Inbound and Outbound Balancing: Optimize inbound and outbound workload to maximize DC capacity and operational efficiency, ensuring timely delivery and minimal storage costs.
• Internal Supply Chain Collaboration: Work closely with internal supply chain teams to coordinate inventory planning, demand forecasting, and allocation strategies.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics, procurement, and sales, to align strategies and achieve departmental goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain & Logistics or a related field.
• Over 2 years of experience in Supply Chain, particularly in Retail or FMCG industries.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a proven track record in creating effective solutions.
• Proficiency in analytical skills and data analysis techniques.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
