About this position

As an SAP MM Functional Consultant at CJ MORE, you'll analyze business processes, configure SAP MM solutions, and ensure smooth integration with other SAP modules to optimize retail operations and boost efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Business Process Analysis: Understand and analyze business requirements, such as improving operational efficiency, reducing costs, and addressing internal user needs to deliver solutions that align with the organization’s retail objectives.
• Solution Design and Configuration: Design, configure, and customize SAP MM to meet specific retail operational needs, following industry best practices.
• Implementation and Integration: Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP MM with other SAP modules like SD, FICO, and WM.
• Interface Management: Design and manage interfaces between SAP MM and internal/external systems to ensure reliable and efficient data flow.
• Testing and Validation: Perform system testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure SAP MM functions as expected and meets business requirements.
• User Training and Support: Conduct user training sessions, prepare documentation, and provide post-implementation support to resolve any issues.
• Continuous Improvement: Optimize existing processes and eliminate inefficiencies to enhance operational performance in retail, ensuring efficient use of resources.

Requirements

• At least 3 years' experience in SAP MM, with a focus on retail industry.
• Proficient in SAP MM configuration, purchasing processes, and inventory management.
• Understanding of retail processes such as inventory management, sales, and procurement.
• Excellent communication skills to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills to understand complex processes and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience with integrating SAP MM with modules like SD, FICO.
• In-depth understanding of retail business operations.
