Project Management (Junior - Senior)
About this position
The position involves coordinating and managing projects related to product production, requiring collaboration with various teams and external organizations.
Responsibilities
• Coordinate internally across departments for assigned projects, such as collaborating with the purchasing and product design teams for product production to be sold at CJ.
• Liaise with external parties and organizations.
• Define the project scope and timeline for the product collection.
• Develop and manage project plans while providing progress updates to the team.
• Summarize reports and update project plans to supervisors.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience (Project/Product Production Management).
• Leadership skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude towards work.
• Willingness to learn new things and adapt to changes.
• Excellent negotiation, coordination, and meticulous work skills; hardworking and patient.
• Strong communication skills, as the role requires interaction with people at various levels and professions.
• High attention to detail and responsibility, with the ability to manage entire projects to meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in basic computer programs, including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
