About this position
The Process Improvement Specialist - Operation is responsible for enhancing business processes through planning, implementation, and collaboration with management teams.
Responsibilities
• Plan, implement and execute improvement in business processes.
• Work closely with management teams to initiate ideas and opportunities.
• Optimize or redesign process flows to meet project requirements.
• Maintain and update all related documents.
• Monitor and routinely report on process performance and improvements in key metrics.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field
• 5+ years of experience in process improvement or related field
• Familiar with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau
• Good logical and analytical skills
• Experience in retail business is a plus.
