Process Improvement Manager (Distribution Center)
About this position
The Process Improvement Manager (Distribution Center) is responsible for managing and enhancing warehouse productivity, developing cost-effective supply chain solutions, and supporting operational development within the distribution center.
Responsibilities
• Managing, evaluating, and reporting on warehouse productivity
• Find cost-effective solutions for supply chain processes
• Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation.
• To develop and evaluate issues for process improvement while monitoring on DC operational performance
• Support and enable the development of the operation in DC
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, and Supply Chain Management
• Minimum of 3 year’s experience of Warehouse operations, Supply chain management, and process improvement
• Excellent understanding of DC Improvement or Supply Chain Management
• Outstanding leadership, organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
• Good Communication
• 5 days working
• Available to work extended hours
• Can-do attitude
