Operation Training Specialist (Coffee Chain)
About this position
Responsibilities
• Develop plans for process improvement and people development training
• Initiate a new process and framework for setting up standard policies and procedures for store operation
• Develop SOP and process flow to complete routine complex tasks and operations
• Adapt and utilize the MS Office application that are appropriate for work to increase efficiency and productivity
• Coordinate and work with the HR team on team-building project for building mutual trust, motivating and establishing group values
• Design, organize, and run a workshop for the team members to drive and motivate on teamwork behaviors
• Prepare, welcome, and orient newcomers about Bao’s business as well as mission and value
• Support creating and planning a new training scheme for the newcomer to provide guidance and education to promote the acquisition of working attitudes, knowledge, and skills
• Develop a framework for newcomers to work at the Store in order to learn about customers, products, and staff processes.
• Plan and create learning plans during the probationary period for newcomers to measure performance weekly, and newcomers can learn and improve efficiently.
• Create the Skill Matrix tool to identify the required skills of staff for planning development to make work efficient and successful
• Plan and develop a manual and provide training to stores for the new business model – POS Admin to ensure operational excellence at stores
• Arrange daily/weekly/monthly meeting and manage agenda for the team
Requirements
• Experience in designing, organizing, and conducting workshops to drive and motivate teamwork behaviors
• Capability to prepare, welcome, and orient newcomers to Bao’s business, mission, and values
• Skills in creating and planning training schemes for newcomers to promote the acquisition of working attitudes, knowledge, and skills
• Experience in developing frameworks for newcomers to learn about customers, products, and staff processes at the store
• Competence in planning and creating learning plans for newcomers during the probationary period to measure performance and facilitate efficient learning and improvement
• Proficiency in creating Skill Matrix tools to identify required staff skills for effective development and successful work outcomes
• Experience in planning and developing manuals and providing training to stores for new business models (e.g., POS Admin) to ensure operational excellence
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills to arrange and manage daily/weekly/monthly meetings and agendas for the team
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and continuous improvement.
