About this position

The MD Office - Supervisor (Sales Strategy & Business Development) is responsible for developing new sales opportunities and improving business processes to support company growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and seek for new opportunity to gain sale and company benefit to support company growth.
• Define and examine analysis, development, and implementation of the current and new business processes to ensure to support business growth.
• Analyze and identify new opportunity for branch process improvement by utilizing continuous improvement principle.
• Performs relevant analysis and act like a project manager to design and implementation of improvement ideas.
• Provide recommendations on areas focus of improvement, key business, and issues that impact business operations to support in term of solutions.
• Collaborate and work with other cross-function for project assignment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economic, Accounting, Engineering or related fields.
• Minimum 3 - 10 years of experience in Business Development, Project Management, Process Improvement, Feasibility Study or any related, especially in Retail Business and FMCG.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical skills and result oriented.
• A must to travel to branch visiting every week or depending on project plan schedule.
• Capable of going upcountry.
