About this position

The Learning and Development Specialist is responsible for identifying training needs, designing training programs, and implementing strategies to enhance employee performance and development within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess the competency training needs of employees at all levels within the organization.
• Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training roadmap that align with organizational goals and individual development plans.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve employee performance and address performance gaps.
• Establish metrics and key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of training and development initiatives.
• Setup & implement annual training programs and staff development plan in order to support and enhance employee’s required knowledge, skill and attitude through variance learning i.e. e-learning, external & internal training, including workshops, Team Building, E-learning, and on-the-job training.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a People Development or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of learning and development principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
