About this position

TILDI - We are seeking an innovative and experienced AI Researcher with a strong background in computer vision, and, as a plus, in recommendation systems, to join our team at CJ Express Group.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and evaluate advanced AI models in the areas of computer vision.
• Conduct independent research to explore and apply the latest AI technologies and methodologies to solve complex problems.
• Adopt AI product development cycles: scoping, data preparation, modelling, evaluation, and error analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into our products and services.
• Analyze and improve the efficiency, scalability, and stability of existing AI models and systems.
• Contribute by communicating, sharing ideas and opinions, and taking responsibility in getting the work done.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in AI, machine learning, and related fields, and conduct knowledge sharing when appropriate.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Proven 1-years+ experience in developing AI models, particularly in computer vision.
• Strong programming skills in Python, and familiarity with AI/ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Excellent understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures, and their applications to computer vision.
• Experience with data preparation, model training and validation, and performance metrics.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate complex technical ideas effectively.
