The company has expanded substantially over the last 18 years. There are now more than 1000 branches operational in over 42 provinces nationwide.

About this position

Seeking a highly creative and analytical social media strategist to develop and execute social media strategies aligning with company goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement across all social media platforms.
• Create and curate engaging social media content that aligns with brand voice and resonates with target audience.
• Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and ad creative development.
• Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification.
• Manage and optimize campaigns on multiple online marketing channels including Line OA , Instagram, Tiktok and Facebook etc.
• Measure the success of every social media campaign.
• Provide annual & monthly marketing plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, and CRM to ensure social media aligns with overall brand strategy and customer experience.

Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience as a Social Media Strategist or similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, communications or related fields.
• Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram Line OA , Instagram, Tiktok and Facebook etc.
• Experience with social media advertising, including campaign management and optimization.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with managers, employees, and external partners.
