As the Deputy Director - IT Infrastructure (Governance), you will align company policies with IT objectives and coordinate solutions for IT equipment and network issues. You’ll monitor infrastructure management, oversee license orders and equipment replacements, and train your team. Strong IT skills and leadership experience in retail are essential for this role.
Responsibilities
• Obtain company policies and make action plans to achieve the results required by the company.
• To solve problems, coordinate with all units that have problems using IT equipment and network systems.
• Monitoring the management of IT infrastructure issues.
• Control the number of license orders and replace IT equipment at annual intervals.
• Provide training courses and discipline control for subordinates.
Requirements
• Bachelor or Master's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or other related fields.
• At least 5 years for infrastructure.
• At least 5 years for Team Management.
• Strong IT skills (IT service management (ITSM), IT Security and Risk Management, Network Governance, IT Project Management)
• Analytical, conceptual thinking, planning, and execution skills.
• Retail Business will be required.
