About this position
The Data Analyst Supervisor (Customer Insight) will collaborate with Commercial and Marketing teams to develop trade planning strategies and monitor the effectiveness of trade promotions.
Responsibilities
• Collaborate with Commercial and Marketing teams to understand business objectives and develop trade planning strategies.
• Identify key product categories and customer segments for trade promotions.
• Create and implement a trade promotion calendar that aligns with sales and marketing goals.
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of trade promotions, making adjustments as needed.
• Conduct competitor analysis to identify best practices and opportunities for differentiation.
• Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and industry developments relevant to retail trade planning.
• Utilize market research data and insights to make data-driven trade planning decisions.
Requirements
• Having at least 2-3 years of experiences in Trade Marketing / Commercial with retail / dynamic business background would be a BIG plus.
• Detail-oriented, Strong analytical, self-motivation, problem solving and presentation skills.
• Data Interpretation and able to connect the relevant information from varieties of sources.
• Commercial Trade Analysis.
• Proactive.
• Flexibility and Adaptation.
• Good Command of using SQL/ Big Query/ Power BI.
• Proficient in Excel / Power point.
